MAKING APPOINTMENTS
- Our booking site only allow services to be booked one service at a time. If you want multiple services (example: mani and pedi), you will make 2 separate booking. Please note the duration of your first service to book for your second service.
- Please select any add on services you would like. We may not be able to accommodate other services not made prior to your appointment.
- You will receive an email confirmation for each appointment made online. If you scheduled an appointment for the wrong date or time, instead of cancelling the appointment and making a new appointment, you may reschedule the appointment, through the email confirmation, to the correct date or time.
- You will also receive email reminders and text message reminders 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
- DEPOSITS ARE NOT LONG REQUIRED.
- All appointments require a valid credit card to guarantee your appointment time. You will NOT be charged on your card. However, if you see a charge on your card (uncaptured), this charge is used for validation purposes only, and will later be released (voided).
- Your card will NOT be charged, unless changes are not made at least 24 hours in advance.
- If changes are not made at least 24 hours in advance, your card on file will be charged $25 per service booked. Changes made to your appointment includes rescheduling, cancellation, and no show.
- Cash and card accepted in store. NO CHECKS.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
- The option to cancel appointments online is no long available. Please call or text Marvelous Nails to cancel appointments.
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please give us a call or text.
- If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge on your card on file.
- If the appointment is missed (cancellation less that 24 hours in advance / no show), your card will be charged $25 per service missed.
- If the appointment is rescheduled with less that 24 hours in advance, your card will be charged $25 per service missed.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS: Same day appointments are subject to availability. Appointments made within 24 hours, needing a cancellation/rescheduling (in the same day), will result in a $25 charge on your card on file.
Again, we would like to stress, if you are sick, have a temperature, have someone in your house that is sick, or if you have uncontrollable sneezing due to allergies, please stay home and reschedule your appointment. If you have been sick or around anyone that has been ill in the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment. If you have any anxiety about coming to the salon, please stay home.
